1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the fo77 website accessible at fo77.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, features, and services.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration on the fo77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a User's fo77 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a User on the Platform using real-money funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a User by fo77 under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process fo77 may require a User to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time at fo77's discretion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the fo77 Platform are conducted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1;

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fo77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fo77 will merge or close the duplicate and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). fo77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time it deems necessary for compliance or security purposes. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Approval. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee account approval. fo77 reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fo77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fo77 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. fo77 may temporarily suspend the affected account pending a security investigation.

4.3 Two-Step Verification. fo77 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-step verification on your account. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Where two-step verification is active, any attempt to log in without the verification code will be blocked.

4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device from which you access fo77 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your account security. fo77 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from compromised devices.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. fo77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at fo77's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the fo77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by fo77, and no foreign currency deposits are accepted.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported payment channels are credited to your fo77 account in real time under normal operating conditions. fo77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank maintenance windows.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Wager Acceptance. All wagers are subject to fo77's acceptance. fo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including without prior notice. A wager is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference is issued to the User by the Platform.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, fo77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the staked amount to the User's account balance. fo77's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Game Rules. Each game available on the fo77 Platform — whether a casino game, live dealer table, slot title, or sportsbook market — is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or sportsbook help section. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. fo77 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. fo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fo77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;

11.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, fo77's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fo77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. fo77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet service disruptions, power failures, government actions, or civil disturbances.

12. Privacy & Data

fo77's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the fo77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the fo77 Privacy Policy. In summary, fo77 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC, data generated by your use of the Platform (including transaction history and betting activity), and technical data (such as IP address and device information). This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14.3 Formal Dispute. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue the dispute through legally available channels. fo77's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and fraud investigations is final and binding, subject to any overriding legal rights you may have under applicable law.

14.4 Language of Proceedings. All dispute resolution proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.
